They also have furniture and what I received, which is a DVD by Ula. First off, the Momula website was started by a woman named Ula Lubin. She is a child development specialist who has worked with children professionally for over ten years. With all of that hands on experience as a family consultant and celebrity nanny, Ula had a wealth of knowledge which she wanted to share with parents everywhere in hopes of making the journey of raising a child a tad easier and a whole lot more fun. The Golden Opportunity of Child Development is a DVD which features the perspectives of Ula Lubin as well as leading doctors. They are all offering valuable insight into issues, such as respecting the family, effective communication, and goal-setting, as well as often overlooked subjects like appreciation, nurturing talents and the importance of giving your child space to grow. The golden opportunity of child development is the special time when a child is most impressionable. The things your child experiences can shape his or her path in life. It's your chance to build a foundation for success.
I learned a lot from this DVD. I find that some times I get very overwhelmed and to be honest, I lose my cool. I tend to think that everything is falling apart when I can't get things immediately in order. I currently have two part time jobs, take care of both boys (currently 2 1/2 years old and 4 months old), clean my house (pretty much by myself), take care of our dogs and try to keep my head on straight. It just builds up some times and that withers away at my patience. This DVD has shown me how I react to situations will rub off on my children. I am much more level headed with my actions. I am definitely going to use it as a go-to to help guide me as Brayden and Lincoln get older. I think ANYONE that watches this DVD will be impressed. I am going to try my best to help my children be the best they can be while be the best parent I can be. This DVD is an amazing price at $14.95. We are going to get a lot of use out of it! Thank you, Ula, for this amazing helpful guide!
You can follow Momula through Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and their RSS feed.

I have still been working on potty training Brayden. I have always been interested in cloth training pants. I finally got my chance to try them when Thanks Mama offered to send me a Bummis cloth training pants.
Thanks Mama is family owned cloth diapering and natural parenting store based in Boston, MA. As parents, they strive to raise our children in a natural and healthy environment. They bring value to their customers from vast personal knowledge and experiences with all types of natural products. A lot of what they carry they use in their own family - which includes cloth diapers and accessories, baby carriers, toys, baby and mom care products, baby room furniture and much more. They look for innovative and green products tailor made for moms and babies. They look for practical and economical solutions for modern parents. They enjoy educating customers and continually introduce new products they think will enhance the parenting experience. It really shows!
The Bummis cloth training pants come in white and Pistachio Dot. We received the Pistachio Dot. Brayden's favorite color is pink so he loves the look of this training pants. We received it in size large since he is almost 30 pounds. It fits him perfectly but with extra room. They are very trim and look like underwear. He can pull the trainer up and down very easily. The side panels are soft and stretchy making them easy to pull on and off. The stretchy sides provide a good fit for children with skinny legs as well as children with chunky legs. It's very absorbent for accidents (he still has them). These training pants are also free from BPA, lead, and phthalates which if much better than disposable trainers. This trainer costs $15.95, which is a little pricey but it's a great training pant! I highly recommend Bummis and Thanks Mama to anyone.
Why buy from Thanks Mama? They have cloth diapers, trainers, baby care, strollers, mama stuff and SO MUCH MORE for great prices! They have free shipping on orders over $60, 90 days easy returns, earn rewards dollars with every purchase, all products inspected, monitored and price guaranteed! They ship worldwide, as well.
Thanks Mama wants me to share two coupons with my readers! “mama” gets you 5% off and “5off” for $5 off $50!
You can find Thanks Mama on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest!

St. Patrick's Day is RJ's birthday. We both had to work so we celebrated the day before with his present (gaming keyboard for his computer), day of, and day after was when I had time to make his cupcakes. All of which I didn't take photos. :( I did take photos of when my mom and I brought Brayden to the fair for the first time. He really liked the rides. He cried every time they ended. Oi. So, he had fun but he also kept throwing tantrums. Hopefully he is calmer next year when a ride ends.
I went with him the first time in case he got scared. He got scared last time he was on a carousel. He was not afraid of the carnival rides. He rode like 5 more times without me. SO GROW UP!

Birth: 10 pounds 4.5 ounces and 21 1/2 inches
1 month: 13 pounds and 22 inches
2 months old: 16 pounds 8 ounces and 23 inches
3 months old: 18 pounds and 24 1/2 inches
4 months old: 19 pounds 4 ounces and 26 inches
This month Lincoln:
I was so baffled that he gained three inches of height in two months that I made the nurse measure him again. HAHA. He has caught up to Brayden's four month old height but he weighs more. ;D
He has been diagnosed with having "over sensitive" skin due to his hair and skin tone. The doctor said his whole body but especially his face will always need lotion/sunscreen. His skin has a sensitivity to wind, heat and cold. His cheeks get all dry and red.
wears size 3 diapers
wears 6-9 month clothes
sits on his own for around for 5-10 seconds
ate baby food for the first time (peas)
pears are his favorite food
is teething but no sign of teeth popping through
drools EVERYWHERE
puts anything and everything directly into his mouth
can hold toys well
still won't sleep in his crib
still won't self entertain for very long
is usually very happy and smiley as long as you're paying attention to him
