I'm comfortable until I sit for a long time. Therefore, long car rides, and etc are out. I have to lay down or at least lay back most of the time. I think I am carrying Lincoln higher than I did Brayden so when I sit he is pushed up really high/into my ribs.

For the past couple months Brayden has been going to bed around or after midnight and waking up late. Last night he fell asleep closer to 11pm and woke up 9:15. We hung out at my mom's all day so I guess he got worn out. He was acting really tired around 8:30 and got off my bed. I noticed he never stood up to go to the living room. He crawled slightly under our bed and fell asleep. :P

In my search for great quality clothes for Brayden I found an amazing company called Puppy & Bean. They make adorable clothes with unique and fun sayings/quotes on them. for children Their mission is simply to to design products that bring levity to the demanding, but rewarding, job of parenting. Their t-shirts are inspired by kids. Anyone who spends time with young children will relate to their simple, upbeat and honest messages.
They sent us the toddler shirt "I do it myself" in Navy Blue. This shirt is definitely Brayden. If he knows how to do something then, he usually does not want you to do it for him. He is convinced he is always right. The price for this shirt is $20, which is great price! The clothes are long lasting, soft and very comfy for your little one's sensitive skin. Their toddler shirts are, of course, my favorite. There are quite a few I would love Brayden to have. My favorite besides the one sent to us is the "I was clean" shirt. So cute and so true!
They also have things for adults, tote bags, mugs, etc. This is a great store! I suggest any parent, grandparent and etc shop at Puppy & Bean for their little ones! You can also find them on Facebook and Twitter.

I try my best to get soft and comfortable clothing for Brayden and Lincoln to wear. Organic clothing has become very popular in the past few years. No wonder, it's soft, durable and makes me feel good as a parent knowing I am providing him with the best clothing I can.
Spunky Stork is an amazing company I discovered that makes super-soft organic cotton shirts/onesies. I was so excited when they agreed to let me do a review and giveaway!
About Spunky Stork:
The Spunky Stork is a New York City-based company with offices in New York and Florida. Our main goal is to provide your little ones with bold, funky and spunky threads that turn heads. We hand silk-screen every single onesie/tee to order... and as a result every print differs slightly with its own variations in texture and form. In our store you will find that our product line consists of a special assortment of designs that cater to many different tastes. Lovable onesie for your kid? Covered. Cool baby shower present? Done. Smart gift wrapping options? You got it! Aaaand... at the Spunky Stork, we only use eco-friendly, organic clothing pieces. All of our items are made from 100% GOTS Certified Fair Trade Organic cotton. The outstanding outcome? Super soft, environmentally-conscious clothing that make babies happy.
What we think about Spunky Stork:
We received the Nerd tee ($12) for Brayden and the Christmas Penguin onesie ($27) for Lincoln. Both of them are very soft, light, breezy and definitely well made. Brayden loves his shirt. He was so excited to put it on and show everyone his new "cheese" face. Both of them are preshrunk, which I love because often a shirt fits Brayden perfectly until I wash it. The shipping is also free so these shirts are great deals! I love the different prints that they offer in multiple sizes and colors. So cute and something for everyone! I had a lot of trouble choosing favorites. :X I am extremely impressed by these clothes and will be buying more from them in the future.
You can find them on Facebook and Twitter!

This is Brayden's new "picture" face. He says "CHEESE" and smiles super huge. Haha.
Trying to name the letters on the shirt. Haha.
This is the one they sent for Lincoln. It's a 3-6. He will be roughly 2 months old around Christmas. Brayden was almost in 6-9 month old clothes by two months old. So, I figure that this onesie will definitely fit Lincoln around Christmas.
Aren't they SO cute? Spunky Stork would like to give one of my lucky readers a onesie/tee of their choice!

My MIL has become a landlord. She brought a 4 bedroom trailer close to my mom. It's cheaper than where we stay so when our lease is up October 31st then, we are moving there. Lincoln is due November 7th so that time is going to be super hectic. As soon as the people that stay in the place currently move out we are going to slowly start moving things so it's not too overwhelming. I will either be super pregnant or just had a baby. I will not be helping with moving, just packing/unpacking probably. So, Lincoln's nursery is on hold. I am just going to gather things for his room but not set them up. We got a good bit of disposable diapers at the shower. Now we just have to get more cloth diapers. Really, I need a ton more inserts. I use two inserts for Brayden so I have pocket diapers with no inserts in them.

Everyone wants to have a great nursery/bedroom for their child. I'm no different. We decided to stick with the bedding that was in Brayden's room and use it for Lincoln's room but add touches to it to make it unique. I found a website called Beyond Bedding when I originally was looking for bedding for Lincoln's room. They have a TON of different designs of kids bedding, baby bedding and more.
Well, since we decided to just go with "zoo animals" then, I started looking at the rest of Beyond Bedding's products. I found the most amazing changing pad that goes perfect with Lincoln's nursery (blues/greens/browns) and a shower curtain that will help me establish an actual theme in the kid's/hall bathroom. It's been completely plain. I chose the Designer Dot Baby Changing Pad Cover ($26.99) and Forest Friends Kids Bathroom Fabric Bath Shower Curtain ($39.99). Both are made by JoJo Designs with is one of my favorite design companies. They seriously have the cutest lines of bedding and accessories. Both the changing pad and the shower curtain have entire bedroom themes to match them, which can be found on Beyond Bedding.
About the changing pad:
JoJo Designs changing pad covers fit all changing pads up to 17in. x 31in.
What we think:
I love it! We had a changing pad previously with Brayden that was very thin. This changing pad is thick and cushy like a comforter almost. It's very soft and the colors are amazing. The colors fit perfect with the rest of Lincoln's room which is blues/greens/browns.
About the shower curtain:
Product Features:
Microsuede with cotton and corduroy accents
72in. x 72in.
Machine washable
What we think:
I love this shower curtain! It's extremely cute, soft and Brayden loves the animals on it. It also has a lot of colors I can pull out of it to decorate the rest of the bathroom. I am definitely glad I chose this curtain. I also really love the length of the curtain. Many don't go to the floor (like the one we have in our master). So, it keeps the water in much better than our other one does.

Whenever I go anywhere with Brayden I like to pack him some snacks which usually end up in a plastic bag. I recently discovered reusable snack/sandwich bags and knew I just had to try them! I found a company that makes reusable bags/products called Lunch Skins. They sent me a sandwich size bag and a snack size bag. They also have a bag big enough for a Sub sandwich to fit into!

About Lunch Skins:
While sitting around a kitchen table in 2008, we heard a staggering statistic - every day, more than 20 million sandwich bags from school lunches go into landfills in the US. We knew that many families were looking for easy, convenient ways to be green and avoid this kind of waste. So we put our passion and energy together and 3greenmoms was born. Our mission: to design a colorful, fresh alternative to the plastic baggie. LunchSkins are made from a thick cotton fabric that is coated with a food-safe polyurethane liner. This unique high-quality fabric is manufactured in Europe by a family-owned business and has been used for many years in bakeries and restaurants. Additionally, LunchSkins are grease-proof and moisture proof making them ideal for messy sandwiches and snacks. They have been certified as lead, Bisphenol-A (BPA) and phthalate-free. The very thin layer of polyurethane has also been tested and found not to migrate into food or leave a "plastic" odor behind, thus meeting EU requirements for food contact. Our test results are available upon request. LunchSkins are dishwasher safe. Because of their origins in the food industry, they are very durable and can withstand high heat cleaning. This makes them perfect for repeated use. We recommend that LunchSkins be turned inside-out and washed before first use and, while lightweight and fast-drying, make sure they are dried completely before using with food. They will soften and fade with use and multiple washings - just like a pair of favorite old jeans
What we thought:
These bags are great! The sandwich size is perfect for a sandwich to fit into. Then, you can put a little snack on the side in the snack size bag. I like to pack goldfish crackers, crackers or other little snacks in them for Brayden's diaper bag. They are very well sewn, durable and the velcro keeps it tightly sealed. I love the cute patterns that the bags come in. I also really like that you can write your child's name on the bag. Great detail and perfect for school! I've cleaned them quite a few times. It was very easy to do. They are dishwasher safe which is super simple. I just put them in with our dishes. The price is also really great at only $8.95 for the sandwich bag and $7.85 for the snack bag. They even have $1 off sales. Be sure to check those out! We love this product! I would suggest these to anyone.
Lunch Skins would like one of my lucky readers to have their own Lunch Skins!

Brayden came into our room yesterday at 7am then, went back to sleep. I woke up and was just watching him. It's so precious how he sleeps. For about 20 minutes he had one of his feet in the air. It was too cute but by the time I got my camera he put his foot down. None the less, I took some more photos of him.

Whenever I go anywhere with Brayden I like to pack him some snacks which usually end up in a plastic bag. I recently discovered reusable snack/sandwich bags and knew I just had to try them! I found a company that has been making reusable bags/products since 2003 called snackTAXI. They sent me a sandwich-sack and I couldn't wait to try it! We used it as soon as it arrived.
About snackTAXI:
I invented the first snackTAXI way back in 2003 as a way to stem the tide of plastic ziplock bags that flowed from our house to the landfill when our 3 kids started school! We were packing over 500 lunches every year, and had definitely fallen prey to the easy appeal of the ziplock baggie. snackTAXIs are easy too - really! They are made in our rural Massachusetts workshop by talented (and fun!) local sewers - we are committed to keeping our business local, and will never outsource our labor. The US alone adds 20 million plastic baggies to landfills every single day. Every reusable bag you use has the potential to eliminate 1000's of plastic bags over its life span. The snack-sacks and sandwich-sacks that we've sent out into the world in the last 2 years alone have kept over 7 million plastic baggies out of the waste stream. That's 430,000 pounds of plastic!
About the sandwich-sack:
The exterior of a snackTAXI is comprised of 100% cotton, and the interior is lined with polyurethane coated nylon. All materials are lead, phthalate and BPA free! They have a TON of different prints to choose from, which is way more fun for your child than just a regular plastic bag. They even have bags that say "nut free" and "gluten free" on them so your kid's teachers are reminded/aware of their allergies. I love that! It's anything goes when it comes to washing your snackTAXIs. They can be machine washed (they recommend unscented detergent) and dried in the dryer, or simply rinsed with water and air dried. How easy!
What we thought:
The sandwich-sack is great! The velcro is easy for little hands to open and just reach into. It's a pretty deep pocket to fit a sandwich or plenty of snacks. I like to pack goldfish crackers or trail mix in the bag for Brayden's diaper bag. They are very well sewn and durable. I've cleaned it a few times. It was very easy to do. The price is also really great at only $8.95 per bag. We love this product! I would suggest these to anyone!
SnackTAXI also makes the snack-sack, twice-as-nice napkin, bulk/produce bag, bread-sack, any-day apron, eating utensils and much more! You can find them on Facebook and Twitter!
Brayden absolutely loves the print on his hedgehog sandwich-sack.
This is the one being given away:

We took Brayden to the same park. He loves this park. This time he didn't spend a ton of time in the swing. He played and ran around more.
I put cold water in his hair to keep him cool. He was getting very red even though he was drinking, etc.

I had a lot of fun at the baby shower. My mom put a lot of effort into the shower. I'm so thankful for my mom and everything she has done/will do for me and my babies. I wish more people had come but oh well, I guess. I just find it really messed up when people say yes and don't show, especially when you go to all their parties/events. This is my last baby shower. We are only having two kids. I swear the next party I throw I am going to barely buy any food or anything then, people will show up and be out of luck. It's fine though. I am not going to dwell. I love my son, my future son and the rest of my family. They keep me going strong. Thank you so much to the ladies that came to the shower! I'm really glad you could make it and I had a lot of fun!
He just learned the word cupcake so we heard a lot of "I like cupcake".
My mom's diaper cakes she made. "Like" her FB page here!
Watching some Pocoyo while we played games. We played a word scrambled, a nursery rhyme game and more. They were awesome although I didn't do well. Haha.
How big is my stomach? ;)
Running in a circle.
Lots of diapers and wipes. :) Thank you, ladies!
The game folders. :)
Brayden's. :P
