One Size fits most (9lbs - 35lbs), snap adjustable, square tabs. Their diapers have 2 layers of snaps to adjust the size in the waist and legs & extra cross over snaps for extra small fitting, as well as 3x3 torso snaps for a perfect fit every time. Extra thigh snap for a stay put fit around babies leg. It came with one very soft, long, rectangular shaped insert. I paired it with an extra insert before putting it on Brayden since he is a heavy wetter. Brayden loves the pattern. When he was wearing it he kept point out the "bootball", the "b ball" and etc. This diaper seems to be bigger than Brayden's other cloth diapers. I usually don't have to snap the diapers down but with this one I did. It fit him perfectly after I did that.
I really like that there is growing room in the diaper. It says up to 35 pounds but Brayden is 30. I'm sure it will still fit him perfectly at 35 pounds. It was VERY easy to stuff the pocket of the diaper. A lot of diapers it's very tight when you try to stuff the diaper, but not this one. I also like when there are two snaps then, one below. It gets a much better fit that way. This diaper is very trim and very absorbent. Brayden wore it for over 2 hours with no wetness on the outside of the diaper. This diaper and other "elite prints" are very reasonably priced at $18 a diaper. They have other diapers around $15 and $16 a diaper. I highly recommend Tender Tushies!
